Your personal data (e.g. title, name, house address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods.

(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.

Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer to enable analysis of website usage by you. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. If you use Retweet, the websites visited by you are announced to third parties and associated with your Twitter account. We gain no insight in the data shared with LinkedIn and do not use it as part of our own tracking (see "Web analysis with Google Analytics").

We use social plug-ins from xing.com, operated by XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. If you use the XING share button, the websites visited by you are announced to third parties and can be associated with your XING account. We gain no insight in the data shared with LinkedIn and do not use it as part of our own tracking (see "Web analysis with Google Analytics").

Comment system from DISQUS

We use the comment system DISQUS, operated by DISQUS, Inc., 301 Howard St, Floor 3 San Francisco, California- 94105, USA. DISQUS allows logins with DISQUS accounts or existing accounts in social media networks Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus. Should you login with one of the listed social media accounts, please refer to their privacy policies (see above). Disqus is loaded automatically on some of our pages and will send, amongst other information, the URL of the site you have visited along with your IP address to DISQUS, where it is stored and can be associated to your account.

DISCUS furthermore shares your email address and IP address with us whenever you leave a comment on our website. We use this information only in order to reply to your comment and do not inlcude it in any of our tracking or services (e.g. newsletters). We have no insight in any other information shared with DISCUS.

Server log files

The provider of this website logs and stores information in so called log files, that is sent automatically to us by your browser. These information are:

This data does not represent individual persons and is not being consolidated with data from other sources. We reserve the right to examine the data retrospectively, should there be reason for suspicion of unlawful usage.
